① Be a Kind Rider and Respect Others!

- Engage with fellow Riders using positive and inclusive language.
- Foster a welcoming environment with friendly greetings and respectful interactions.

❌ Don’t
- Participate in bullying, harassment, stalking, or any form of discriminatory speech.
- Violate the privacy of others by sharing personal conversations or private chats without explicit consent."

② Uplift the Community

✅ Do
- Share your creativity and offer positive support to your fellow Riders.

❌ Don’t
- Share content that encourages or makes light of self-harm, suicide, or mental health crises.
- Post any content that is psychologically distressing or promotes cruelty in any form."

③ Respect Each Other's Boundaries

✅ Do
- Respect others' space by accepting when someone says no or doesn’t respond.

❌ Don’t
- Pressure or harass others into interacting with you.
- Create new accounts to contact someone who has blocked you. "

④ Protect Our Younger Riders

✅ Do
- Uphold our 13+ age guidelines and stay vigilant, reporting any suspicious activity immediately.

❌ Don’t
- Lie about your age or bypass the security tools designed to protect our Riders.
- Sexualize interactions or push personal boundaries with younger users."

⑤ Gift Safely and Honestly

✅ Do
- Verify all recipient details and gift contents before confirming.
- Use only official in-game currency for all gifting transactions.

❌ Don’t
- Engage in Real Money Trading (RMT): Buying or selling in-game items or accounts for cash, gift cards, or external currency is strictly prohibited.
- Solicit or facilitate off-platform gifting: Transactions made outside of official PetKart channels are prohibited and may compromise your account security."

⑥ Account Security & Legal Rights

✅ Do
- Use a strong, unique password and respect intellectual property and copyrights.

❌ Don’t
- Share your password with anyone. PetKart staff will never ask for your login credentials.
- Impersonate staff members, celebrities, or other Riders. Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited."

Our Commitment to Safety (What Happens if Rules are Broken?)

- To keep our world safe, moderators review all reported violations of our community standards.

- Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any posts or comments that violate our Guidelines or Terms of Service without prior notice.

- Account Actions: To protect the community, we may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans (including device bans) depending on the severity of the violation."
