Need to block someone? No worries! I’ve got you!

We want every Rider to have a fun and safe experience in PetKart! If you encounter someone who is being disrespectful or breaking our community guidelines, you can use our built-in tools to handle the situation.

Reporting a Player
If you see inappropriate behavior, you can report the user directly through their Avatar Profile. 
- Tap on their avatar icon to open up their profile
- Select the Hamburger button (☰) on the upper left corner
- Select the Report button, and choose the reason that best describes the issue. Our team will review the report and take the necessary action.

Blocking a Player
If you would prefer not to interact with a specific player, you can select the Block option on their profile. This will prevent them from sending you messages or interacting with you in the game. 
You can manage your list of blocked players anytime within your Friend List!
