Oh nooo! Stuck loading or crashing is the worst. Let’s get you back in smoothly. Try these quick fixes (in order):
Fully close the app and reopen it
Restart your phone
Check your connection (switch Wi-Fi ↔ cellular, or toggle Airplane Mode on/off)
Update PetKart to the latest version in the App Store / Google Play
Free up a little storage (low space can cause crashes)
Android only: Settings → Apps → PetKart → Storage → Clear cache
If it’s still stuck, reinstall the app
Important: If your account isn’t linked (Apple/Google), reinstalling can risk losing guest progress.
